I’m very excited to be sharing my Galentine’s Day party bar cart decor with you all today! Tomorrow is officially V-Day and while the traditional “what to do on Valentine’s Day” usually includes dinner and movie with bae, I thought I’d share this idea for a Galentine’s Day party instead!
If Pinterest has taught us ANYTHING, it is that you don’t have to decorate your entire house for a holiday or celebration, you can literally just decorate your bar cart and the space around it.
I’ve loved having this Galantine’s Day party inspired bar cart decor in my dining space, and next year I have big plans to host a fun Galantine’s Day brunch with my girls (provided they will all come hang with me haha). For me, Galentine’s Day isn’t a way to say “boys suck” but instead it’s a way to say I love my friends as much as I love bae! Haha
I chose a game night theme for this Galentine’s Day party styling. So I picked out some of my favorite games to showcase on the bottom of my bar cart. Remember that when you’re styling a bar cart, not everything has to be booze related!
I figured no girls night in would be complete without rosé, champagne, wine and chocolate! I wrapped individual mini-bottles of champagne with a suede pink ribbon and tied a bow to give it that little extra touch (it legit took me five seconds). And then of I course broke out the gold paper straws because they are my favorite addition to any celebration.
I put M&M’s in individual cupcake wrappers because I think it’s easier for people to grab one to have next to their seat, rather than having a big candy bowl that every digs into. Not to mention it’s cold and flu season people! Hehe
We were fortunate enough to partner with One Hope on my wedding day, Maria and I LOVE the causes that they support. Plus who doesn’t want bottles that are covered in glitter?!?! Check them out here! Also, if you haven’t yet read our wedding story, you can check that post out here, complete with some of my favorite photos from the big day!
Lastly, I thought it would be fun to put together little gifts for the gals! My idea here was a little box of pampering essentials. You can get nail files and pedicure toe separators at the dollar store. Then grab your fave nail polish at Walgreens or CVS! I also included a face mask, a fun confetti popper and of course chocolate!
There you have it! My super easy idea for a Galentine’s Day party complete with bubbly, games and gift ideas. I hope you all have a lovely Valentine’s Day, no matter how you celebrate!
